Online orders

 

To order online click on any of the category buttons on the button bar under the LUCE logo. You will then be taken to the next page that lists all the products in that category. You can choose to add a product to your cart or if you wish to know more information about the product click on the individual product which will take you to a page providing details, ingredients and how to use information. You can add the product to your cart on this page too.

You can review your cart at any time by clicking on shopping cart symbol in the green box near the top of the page to the right. You can also modify quantities and delete products as required.

To checkout you can either click on checkout at the very top of the page in the orange bar or click on the basket symbol in the green box near the top of the page to the right.

If you are a registered customer please signin so that you can choose your billing and shipping information, select the payment option and complete so your order can be processed. You will be able to view your order at any time and look back on previous orders.

If you wish to order as a Guest customer just complete the billing and shipping information and choose the payment option and complete so your order can be processed. Your order can be printed on completion and a copy will be sent to your email you provided when ordering. Please ensure you have provided a valid email address. Please contact us if you have not received this email. As a Guest customer you will not be able to look at previous orders or obtain and order through the website.

Please use the contact form on the contact page to send through your request or use this link to take you there contact form link. Make sure you check the website for product availability before sending your request. Once the order has been received we will contact you with details along with an invoice for payment.
